Watch-The Blacklist Season 7 Episode 1 The Blacklist is an American crime thriller television series that premiered on NBC on September 23, 2013. Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader), a former US Navy officer who turned into a famous criminal, voluntarily surrendered to the FBI after avoiding decades of arrests . . He told the FBI that he had a list of the most dangerous criminals in the world he had compiled for years and was willing to inform their operations in exchange for immunity from prosecution. However, he insisted on working exclusively with an FBI beginner profiler named Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone). The series also stars Diego Klattenhoff, Ryan Eggold, and Harry Lennix. The pilot episode was written by Jon Bokenkamp and directed by Joe Carnahan.
